System data - Property

The property details tab shows all the properties in AIM that have been imported from your property management/strata management system.

The timing of the sync between your property management/strata management system and AIM will vary according to your system – you can the time and date of the last sync from Last Property File imported.

The time is recorded in Australian Eastern Standard time.

Any changes to your properties must be made in your property management/strata management system.  The information will update in AIM at the next sync.
